Please note the following

In order to ensure that registration at the venue can be carried out smoothly and swiftly (distribution of conference materials), we would ask you to register by 13:00 on 11 September 2026. You can register online until the end of the conference (show the payment receipt on site to receive your name badge). If this is not possible for you, there is the option to register on-site at the conference by cash payment only.

Attendance at the Kleinheubacher Tagung 2026 is only possible if the registration fee has been paid. This fee covers the programme booklet, coffee breaks, and the pre-conference workshop.

Accompanying persons and honorary members of the URSI are eligible to attend for free.

Terms and conditions

Registration fees must have been paid before the beginning of the conference. Invoices and receipts (after payment) will be sent out by email in all cases.
Registration fees are non-transferable.
Cancellations must be sent to Copernicus Meetings by email before 11 September 2026 in order for a refund to be issued. There is a cancellation fee of €20.
On-site registrations in cash: An invoice and receipt will be generated after the conference and sent by email.
Any complaints must be sent by email to Copernicus Meetings at the latest six weeks after the last day of the conference.
